truck stop hotel

did not get much sleep here. semi trucks taking off all night assured that I got little sleep. also bed was to hard. air ... conditioner would kick on loudly and wake you up. also I paid too much on orbitz. marquis said 31.99 I paid 47 plus tax. there is a nice buffet within walking distance right across the street

We based our decision to stay on previous reviews. 3 reviews gave a 5 and the hotel was rated 3 stars! Sorry to say this was ... a joke. Friendly and well intentioned staff, beds were clean, wireless internet worked fine, and bathroom was clean, but the room needed some basic upkeep. Hand written TV channel guide, dirty phone with wires ready to come out, carpet did not seem clean. Surprised the online price I paid was 30% more than the motel's regular posted price. Felt cheated by the overall experience and would have easily gone somewhere else and paid more but was stuck. Maybe OK for a truck driver but definitely a no for a family.

Just spent the night and moved on the next morning. Suprisingly quiet for being next to a truck stop, maybe due to the 4th ... of july weekend. They give you a welcome package that contains a new razor, alleve, energy bar, and etc. I guess they give one to each adult as there was one in the room and they handed me another one during check-in for the person traveling with me.

Cozy,clean,staff friendly and recommended great dining up the street. Walk across the parking lot to Flying K truck stop with ... good food including buffet breakfast that was extra good. Across the street to Denny's.Refrigerator and microwave.Inexpensive.
