Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail linking to a voucher. You must print and present your voucher in order to redeem services.

Please bring your voucher and a photo ID to the Charles Playhouse Box Office during regular box office hours on the day of your purchased performance. Upon presenting your voucher and ID at Will Call, you will be given a ticket with seat assignment. Tickets will not be issued if you do not present a voucher and a photo ID.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services cannot be canceled. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable.
