Not a place to stay

Frank, 2006-06-29

This place was under consturction and was being converted into apartments! Being that it was hot there, the air conditioner was on full and barley kept up with the heat. The first room that they gave me fully unaceptable and they moved me to another room. The t.v. cable had been cut and the last night that I was there had no cable. People that were working there felt that they would of rather been someplace else. Don't know if all the hotels charge an energy charge or not? Well this one did! No place to even get a cup of coffee except two blocks away! The price for the time I was there was about what one pay at one of the bigger hotels, providing that there was not some sort of activities going on in town!

My review of Reno Regency

william and eva, 2006-06-04

THE CASINO AREA WAS A NICE SHORT WALK (ABOUT 3 BLKS) AWAY AND THE AREA WAS CLEAN WALKING TO THE CASINO.

THE LOBBY WAS DARK AND WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION . THE RECEPTIONIST STATED THAT THEY WERE TURNING THE PLACE INTO APARTMENTS AND NOT RETAIN AS A HOTEL. THE OVERALL REVIEW OF THE ROOM WAS : IT WAS A SIMPLE MOTEL ROOM. THE BEDS WERE OK AND IT WAS ABOUT YOU PAID FOR. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 I WOULD GIVE ABOUT A 4.

Reno Regency Experience

Virginia, Baltimore, MD, 2006-05-20

the main casinos are just a few blocks away

Upon check in at the hotel we were greeted by the rudest person I have ever met in the industry. The room was disgusting, filthy would be the best description. There were marks all over the walls, the baseboards had been ripped out and the airconditioning didn't work at all. I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

THE RENO REGENCY WAS IS A NICE HOTEL.THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS.I DID HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY FINDING THE HOTEL.I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS.THIS HOTEL IS BEING REMODELED BUT, I THINK THAT IT WILL BE EVEN BETTER WHEN THE REMODEL IS FINISHED.

Reno Never here

Michael, Baltimore, MD, 2005-04-23

This place was a -4 on a sale of 1-10 mold in bath room, blood on top cover, paint chipping. No gambling, no resturant, hotel was going to apt. living. Was only a block from drugs & gangs this was told to me by hotle staff.could have stayed at a motel closer for half the price & had a pool.Would recommend that you remove this hotel & due some rechecking of hotels more offten.
