Denver to Las Vegas Flights
Looking for an awesome vacation destination with fun and action? CheapTickets offers amazing bargains for city to city flights from Denver to Las Vegas.
Denver to Las Vegas flights depart from the Denver International Airport (DEN), the second-largest airport in the world. There are many affordable ways to get to DEN from Downtown. The least thrifty method would be to arrive to the airport via taxi. If you are arriving from Downtown Denver, the taxi fare would be approximately $55. You can get to the airport affordably with a one-way ticket on the SkyRide for about $10, a direct line to DEN from the RTD public transport system, which also operates a convenient light rail system in Denver. DEN has the latest and greatest in shops to browse while you wait, including BluWire, Way Out West, and Hudson Booksellers.
You can expect a two-hour flight time to Las Vegas. It is a little over 600 miles to get to your destination in Las Vegas, the McCarran International Airport (LAS). If you arrive at the brand new Terminal 3 (most likely with Frontier airlines), take a breather at the Las Vegas Chophouse & Brewery and catch your hotel shuttle, grab a frequent taxi, or hop on an airport shuttle to Terminal 1 to get on the RTC bus. Vegas is on the other side of the Rocky Mountains, so its desert climate is dry and hot during the day, and quite cold at night. If you're traveling in the winter time for lower rates, bring some warm clothes for sure, as temperatures can approach freezing.
