If you’ve got a Boston vacation in the works, a great time to go is early July. The Annual Boston Harborfest ChowderfestChowdahfest for the locals, is a six-day long, 4th of July festival that runs from June 30 – July 5. The event celebrates the colonial history of the area and will add an unforgettable chowdah flavor to your Boston vacation.

Cheap hotels
The CheapTickets Deal of the Day this week is for a cheap hotel in Boston, known for its historic sites, beautiful waterfront and chowda.

One of the Boston hotels we’re highlighting is the Westin Boston Waterfront. Right now you can save 35% off regular room rates, with rooms starting at just $122 a night.

Comfort and location make this our pick among Boston hotels. The Westin Boston Waterfront is a new AAA Four Diamond hotel less than three miles from Logan Airport and close to restaurants and attractions. CheapTickets guests who’ve stayed at the hotel give it 4.6 out of 5 points and rave about the helpful staff, great views and dual-head showers.

It’s open to all — first-time sailors of all ages and more

by Center members and staff aboard boats ranging in length from 23 to
40 feet. Teaching staff will be available to answer questions about the
Center’s programs and sailing in local waters. If that’s not enough to
get you down there, the free refreshments might!
