When I arrived the front desk attendant put me in a non-smoking room with two beds, instead of the queen smoking room I ... ordered. I had to come back to the front desk three times because the key did not work, then the room she put me in was dirty, then finally I got into a semi clean room. The room was decent very plain and the heat barely worked. It was was quiet and there was plenty of fast food places in the area. But I did find a roach in my bed the next morning, so totally gross. All in all look elsewhere if you can but for the price you get what you paid for.

Noise From Front Entrance

Ther room was very comfortable. The check-in personnel and housekeeping were very professional, friendly and efficient. We ... stayed on the second floor just above the check-in office. The Hotel has a security guard posted at the gated entrance. Every car that entered was checked for ID (each passenger). This became a very annoying during the night as there was constant chatter and vehicles with their engines running and music playing. Often yelling between the vechcle occupants as to why they were being eye-deed. There is no smoking in the office so at times there were up to 4 cars being checked with several people standing around talking and smoking. A nice stay but I would request to be in another room in the back where there is quiet.

The check-in was very dissatisfied because the lady was upset and every day we went to the room the door not open because the ... key don't work and we needed go to the office, one day we went to the office two times for they fixed the problem.

This is a Motel that should not have been opened if Health Issues are a concern. Because this Motel is in renovation while ... in services . And the grounds of the Motel are Sicking. This stay was a Mess.
