Terms & Conditions

*Depending on the rental location, the following charges may apply: a Vehicle Licensing Recovery Fee (VLF) Recovery ranging from $.15 to $2.10 per day or from 2% to 6.9% per rental; an Airport Facility Use Fee/Customer Facility Charge of up to $4.50 per day or $15.00 per rental; and an Airport/Hotel Concession Fee Recovery or Airport Access Fee of up to 20% per rental. Concession Fee Recovery may be higher at Private Airport/General Aviation locations. Governmental surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement and optional items, such as refueling or additional driver fees, are extra. Optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is $24 a day or less (in California, $15 a day or less depending on the MSRP of the vehicle; in New York, $12 a day or less depending on the MSRP of the vehicle; in Nevada, $15 a day or less); check your automobile insurance policy or credit card protections for rental car coverage.

  • Advance reservations are required. Availability is limited and standard blackout periods may apply.
  • Rates not available in Hawaii and the New York Metro area.
  • Standard rental conditions and return restrictions must be met.
  • Weekly rates require a 5-day rental.
  • Minimum rental age for Hertz Prestige rentals is 25 (exceptions apply).
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • Not all vehicles, vehicle equipment and services are available at all locations.
