*Depending on the rental location, the following additional charges may apply: a Vehicle Licensing Fee Recovery (VLF) is $2.94 per day or from 2% to 6.9% per rental; a Reservation Processing Fee of $2.50 per rental; an Airport Facility Use Fee of up to $4.50 per day or $13.50 per rental; and an Airport/Hotel Concession Fee Recovery or Airport Access Fee of up to 20% per rental. Concession Fee Recovery may be higher at Private Airport/General Aviation locations.

• Governmental surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement and optional items, such as refueling or additional driver fees, are extra.
• A general excise tax of 4.166% and a $3 per day surcharge apply to Hawaii rentals.
• Optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is $23 a day or less (in California, $15 a day or less depending on the MSRP of the vehicle; in New York $12 a day or less depending on the MSRP of the vehicle; in Nevada $15 a day or less); check your automobile insurance policy or credit card protections for rental coverage.
• Rates are available at participating U.S. locations when booked by the date listed above.
• Last Minute Specials require a Saturday night keep.
• Current arriving airline ticket may be required and advance reservations are required.
• Rates are not available in the New York Metro area.
• Not available on Hertz #1 Rates® and Hertz Leisure Rate®.
• Availability is limited and standard and holiday blackout periods may apply.
• Standard rental conditions and return restrictions must be met.
• Weekly rates require a 5-day rental.
• Minimum rental age for this offer is 25.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
